We (Space Environment Research Center, or SERC) plan to make
public 1-minute (averaged) data that was collected
during the recent WHI campaign.
This global campaign was from March 20 to April 16 of this year.

When our WHI data is used by the public, we shall make every effort
to ensure that the following rules are adhered to by would-be authors:

If our data is used as a minor reference,
then the user shall be required to make acknowledgments
to the PI of MAGDAS/CPMN (K. Yumoto of SERC)
and the MAGDAS host (i.e., you) where the data came from.

But if our data is used as the main topic of a paper,
then the user shall be required to offer co-authorship
to K. Yumoto and to you.
Therefore, prior to publication, the author or authors
must secure agreement with K. Yumoto
regarding acknowledgments and authorship.
